- 4 cups chicken or vegetable broth
- 2 cups water
- 1 cup sliced mushrooms
- 1 cup chopped bok choy
- 2 green onions, sliced

- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a large pot, combine the broth and water, and bring to a boil.
- Add the frozen potstickers and cook according to package instructions.
- Stir in the mushrooms, bok choy, green onions, garlic, soy sauce, and sesame oil.
- Simmer for an additional 5-7 minutes until the vegetables are tender.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste before serving.
Notes
- Feel free to add other vegetables like carrots or spinach.
- For a spicier version, add chili flakes or sriracha.
- This soup can be made vegetarian by using vegetable broth and potstickers.
