Description

Easy Spinach Brownies are a delicious and guilt-free treat that combines the rich flavor of chocolate with the nutritional benefits of spinach.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup fresh spinach, chopped
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/2 cup almond flour
  • 1/2 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup coconut oil, melted
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a baking pan.
  2. In a blender, combine the spinach, eggs, honey (or maple syrup), coconut oil, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  3. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the cocoa powder, almond flour, baking powder, and salt.
  4. Pour the spinach mixture into the dry ingredients and mix until well combined.
  5. Spread the batter evenly in the prepared baking pan.
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
  7. Allow to cool before cutting into squares and serving.

Notes
