Description

Elderflower and Lime Jelly Spheres are a refreshing and visually appealing drink that combines the floral notes of elderflower with the zesty flavor of lime, perfect for a cool drink aesthetic.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup elderflower cordial
  • 1 cup lime juice
  • 2 tablespoons gelatin powder
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • Mint leaves for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, sprinkle gelatin over water and let it bloom for about 5 minutes.
  2. In a saucepan, combine elderflower cordial, lime juice, and sugar. Heat gently until sugar dissolves.
  3. Add the bloomed gelatin to the warm mixture and stir until fully dissolved.
  4. Pour the mixture into molds and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until set.
  5. Once set, carefully remove the jelly spheres from the molds.
  6. Serve chilled, garnished with mint leaves.

Notes

  • For a stronger flavor, adjust the ratio of elderflower cordial to lime juice.
  • Ensure the gelatin is fully dissolved to avoid any lumps in the jelly.
