Ingredients

  • 1 lb Brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved
  • 4 slices of bacon, chopped
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the Brussels sprouts, chopped bacon, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  3. Spread the mixture on a baking sheet in a single layer.
  4. Roast in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, stirring halfway through.
  5. Drizzle the maple syrup over the Brussels sprouts and bacon, then return to the oven for an additional 5 minutes.
  6. Remove from the oven and serve warm.
