Instructions

- Pack the mixture tightly into a clean glass jar, pressing down to ensure there are no air pockets.
- Add filtered water if necessary to cover the cabbage completely.
- Seal the jar loosely to allow gases to escape during fermentation.
- Let the jar sit at room temperature for 5-7 days, tasting daily until it reaches your desired level of fermentation.
- Once fermented, store the jar in the refrigerator to slow down the fermentation process.
