Ingredients

  • 1 lb chicken breast, sliced
  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon chili paste
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 inch ginger, grated
  • 1 cup mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 cup bok choy, chopped
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • 1 boiled egg (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, heat sesame oil over medium heat.
  2. Add garlic and ginger, sauté until fragrant.
  3. Add sliced chicken and cook until browned.
  4. Pour in chicken broth, soy sauce, and chili paste; bring to a boil.
  5. Add mushrooms and bok choy; simmer for 5 minutes.
  6. Cook ramen noodles according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
  7. Divide noodles into bowls and ladle the spicy broth and chicken over them.
  8. Top with green onions and a boiled egg if desired.
  9. Serve hot and enjoy your fiery chicken ramen!
