- 1 lb ground beef
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
- 1 egg
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp dried thyme
- 1/2 cup beef broth
- 1 cup caramelized onions
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, parsley, egg, chopped onion, garlic, salt, pepper, and thyme.
- Mix until well combined and form into meatballs.
- Place meatballs on a baking sheet and bake for 25-30 minutes until cooked through.
- In a saucepan, heat beef broth and add caramelized onions, stirring to combine.
- Once meatballs are cooked, add them to the onion sauce and simmer for 5 minutes.
- Serve hot and enjoy!

- For extra flavor, use homemade caramelized onions.
