Ingredients

- 2 cups diced fresh fruit (strawberries, kiwi, mango, etc.)
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 4 flour tortillas
- 1/4 cup sugar
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine the diced fruit, lime juice, and honey. Mix well and set aside.
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a small bowl, mix the sugar and cinnamon together.
- Brush each tortilla with melted butter and sprinkle the cinnamon sugar mixture on both sides.
- Cut the tortillas into triangles and place them on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes or until golden and crispy.
- Serve the fruit salsa with the cinnamon sugar tortilla chips.
