Description

A refreshing and healthy treat made from fruits and vegetables, perfect for celebrating Earth Day.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups of mixed fruits (strawberries, blueberries, bananas)
  • 1 cup of spinach or kale
  • 1 cup of coconut water or juice
  • 1 tablespoon of honey or agave syrup (optional)

Instructions

  1. Wash and prepare the fruits and vegetables.
  2. Blend the fruits, spinach, and coconut water until smooth.
  3. Taste the mixture and add honey or agave syrup if desired.
  4. Pour the mixture into popsicle molds.
  5. Insert sticks and freeze for at least 4 hours or until solid.
  6. To remove popsicles, run warm water over the outside of the molds for a few seconds.

Notes

  • Feel free to use any combination of fruits and vegetables you like.
  • For a creamier texture, you can add yogurt to the mixture.
  • These popsicles can be stored in the freezer for up to 2 weeks.
