A refreshing and healthy treat made from fruits and vegetables, perfect for celebrating Earth Day.
Ingredients
Scale
- 2 cups of mixed fruits (strawberries, blueberries, bananas)
- 1 cup of spinach or kale
- 1 cup of coconut water or juice
- 1 tablespoon of honey or agave syrup (optional)
Instructions
- Wash and prepare the fruits and vegetables.
- Blend the fruits, spinach, and coconut water until smooth.
- Taste the mixture and add honey or agave syrup if desired.
- Pour the mixture into popsicle molds.
- Insert sticks and freeze for at least 4 hours or until solid.
- To remove popsicles, run warm water over the outside of the molds for a few seconds.
Notes
- Feel free to use any combination of fruits and vegetables you like.
- For a creamier texture, you can add yogurt to the mixture.
- These popsicles can be stored in the freezer for up to 2 weeks.
