Ingredients

  • 1 cup dark chocolate chips
  • 2 tablespoons coconut oil
  • 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon nootropic powder (such as L-theanine or Rhodiola Rosea)
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Pinch of sea salt

Instructions

  1. Melt the dark chocolate chips and coconut oil together in a double boiler over low heat.
  2. Once melted, remove from heat and stir in honey or maple syrup, nootropic powder, vanilla extract, and sea salt until well combined.
  3. Pour the mixture into silicone gummy molds.
  4. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes or until set.
  5. Pop the gummies out of the molds and store in an airtight container in the fridge.
