Description

Funeral Potatoes are a comforting and creamy potato casserole dish, often served at gatherings and potlucks.


Ingredients

  • 2 lbs frozen hash browns
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup melted butter
  • 1 cup corn flakes (crushed)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the frozen hash browns, cream of chicken soup, sour cream, cheddar cheese, and melted butter. Mix well.
  3. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  4. Transfer the mixture to a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
