- 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 4 tbsp butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente, then drain.
- In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat and add the minced garlic, cooking until fragrant.
- Add the shrimp to the skillet and cook until they turn pink, about 2-3 minutes.
- Stir in the heavy cream, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper, and bring to a simmer.
- Combine the cooked pasta with the shrimp mixture and half of the mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.
- Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and top with the remaining cheese.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
