Description

A delicious and easy-to-make Garlic Butter Shrimp Pasta Bake that combines succulent shrimp with pasta in a creamy garlic butter sauce, topped with cheese and baked to perfection.


Ingredients

  • 8 oz pasta (penne or fusilli)
  • 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 4 tbsp butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente, then drain.
  3. In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat and add the minced garlic, cooking until fragrant.
  4. Add the shrimp to the skillet and cook until they turn pink, about 2-3 minutes.
  5. Stir in the heavy cream, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper, and bring to a simmer.
  6. Combine the cooked pasta with the shrimp mixture and half of the mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.
  7. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and top with the remaining cheese.
  8. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
  9. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
