Description

Delicious and easy-to-make garlic parmesan chicken skewers that are perfect for any gathering.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb chicken breast, cut into cubes
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Skewers (wooden or metal)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  2. In a bowl, combine olive oil, Parmesan cheese, minced garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  3. Add the chicken cubes to the marinade and toss to coat evenly. Let it marinate for at least 30 minutes.
  4. Thread the marinated chicken onto skewers.
  5. Grill the skewers for 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally, until the chicken is cooked through and has nice grill marks.
  6. Remove from the grill and serve hot.
