Instructions
- In a saucepan, combine the mango juice and water.
- Sprinkle the unflavored gelatin over the liquid and let it sit for 5 minutes to bloom.
- Heat the mixture over low heat, stirring until the gelatin and sugar are completely dissolved.
- Remove from heat and let it cool slightly.
- Pour the mixture into molds and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until set.
- Once set, carefully remove the gelatin from the molds and drizzle with chamoy sauce.
- Garnish with fresh mango slices before serving.
