Ingredients

  • 1 cup water
  • 1 packet of unflavored gelatin
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cup chamoy sauce
  • Fresh mango slices for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a saucepan, combine the mango juice and water.
  2. Sprinkle the unflavored gelatin over the liquid and let it sit for 5 minutes to bloom.
  3. Heat the mixture over low heat, stirring until the gelatin and sugar are completely dissolved.
  4. Remove from heat and let it cool slightly.
