Description

Delicious and fudgy brownie bites perfect for Valentine’s Day, made gluten-free for everyone to enjoy.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup gluten-free all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a mini muffin tin.
  2. In a large bowl, mix together the melted butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until well combined.
  3. Add the eggs and vanilla extract, and mix until smooth.
  4. In another bowl, whisk together the gluten-free flour, cocoa powder, and salt.
  5. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.
  6. Fold in the chocolate chips.
  7. Pour the batter into the prepared mini muffin tin, filling each cup about 2/3 full.
  8. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out with a few moist crumbs.
  9. Let cool before removing from the tin and serving.
