Ingredients

- 1 cup gluten-free all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a mini muffin tin.
- In a large bowl, mix together the melted butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until well combined.
- Add the eggs and vanilla extract, and mix until smooth.
- In another bowl, whisk together the gluten-free flour, cocoa powder, and salt.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.
- Fold in the chocolate chips.
- Pour the batter into the prepared mini muffin tin, filling each cup about 2/3 full.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out with a few moist crumbs.
- Let cool before removing from the tin and serving.
Notes
- Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
- These brownie bites can be decorated with powdered sugar or frosting for a festive touch.
