Ingredients

  • Coarse sea salt for topping

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine flour, yeast, salt, and sugar.
  2. Add warm water and olive oil, mixing until a dough forms.
  3. Knead the dough for about 5 minutes until smooth.
  4. Cover the bowl with a damp cloth and let it rise for 1 hour, or until doubled in size.
  5. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  6. Grease a muffin tin and divide the dough into 12 equal portions, placing each in a muffin cup.
  7. Top each muffin with minced garlic, chopped rosemary, and a sprinkle of coarse sea salt.
