Ingredients

  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 cup ketchup
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, milk, chopped onion, eggs, salt, and pepper.
  3. Mix until well combined and shape into a loaf.
  4. Place the meatloaf in a baking dish.
  5. In a separate bowl, mix ketchup, brown sugar, and Worcestershire sauce to create the glaze.
  6. Spread the glaze over the meatloaf.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 1 hour, or until the internal temperature reaches 160°F (70°C).
  8. Let it rest for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
