A delicious and easy-to-make Grasshopper Mint Chocolate Bark that combines the rich flavors of chocolate with a refreshing mint twist.

- 2 cups dark chocolate chips
- 1 cup white chocolate chips
- 1 teaspoon peppermint extract
- Green food coloring (optional)
- 1/2 cup crushed mint candies or Oreos
Instructions
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Melt the dark chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl, stirring every 30 seconds until smooth.
- Spread the melted dark chocolate evenly on the prepared baking sheet.
- In another bowl, melt the white chocolate chips and stir in the peppermint extract and green food coloring if using.
- Pour the white chocolate mixture over the dark chocolate layer and swirl with a knife to create a marbled effect.
- Sprinkle the crushed mint candies or Oreos on top.
- Refrigerate for about 1 hour or until set.
- Break into pieces and serve.

- This recipe can be made with milk chocolate instead of dark chocolate for a sweeter flavor.
