Description

A delicious and easy-to-make Grasshopper Mint Chocolate Bark that combines the rich flavors of chocolate with a refreshing mint twist.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups dark chocolate chips
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips
  • 1 teaspoon peppermint extract
  • Green food coloring (optional)
  • 1/2 cup crushed mint candies or Oreos

Instructions

  1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Melt the dark chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl, stirring every 30 seconds until smooth.
  3. Spread the melted dark chocolate evenly on the prepared baking sheet.
  4. In another bowl, melt the white chocolate chips and stir in the peppermint extract and green food coloring if using.
  5. Pour the white chocolate mixture over the dark chocolate layer and swirl with a knife to create a marbled effect.
  6. Sprinkle the crushed mint candies or Oreos on top.
  7. Refrigerate for about 1 hour or until set.
