- 1 tablespoon lemon zest

Instructions
- In a large pot, combine chicken broth, chicken breast, carrots, celery, onion, and garlic. Bring to a boil.
- Reduce heat and let simmer for about 20 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through.
- Remove the chicken from the pot and shred it into bite-sized pieces.
- Add orzo pasta to the pot and cook according to package instructions.
- Return the shredded chicken to the pot, and stir in lemon juice and lemon zest.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley.
