- 1 cup diced onions
- 2 cloves garlic, minced

- 1 tablespoon hoisin sauce
- 1 teaspoon ginger, minced
- 1 head of lettuce (such as iceberg or butter lettuce)
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Add diced onions and bell peppers, sauté until softened.
- Add minced garlic and ginger, cook for an additional minute.
- Add ground turkey, breaking it apart, and cook until browned.
- Stir in soy sauce and hoisin sauce, cook for another 2-3 minutes.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Remove from heat and let cool slightly.
- Serve the turkey mixture in lettuce leaves, wrapping them up like tacos.
