- 1 tablespoon honey (optional)

Instructions
- In a saucepan, heat the pomegranate juice over medium heat until warm.
- Sprinkle the gelatin powder over the warm juice and stir until fully dissolved.
- If desired, add honey and mix well.
- Pour the mixture into molds and refrigerate for at least 2 hours until set.
- Once set, remove from molds and garnish with fresh mint leaves before serving.
