Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups pomegranate juice
  • 2 tablespoons gelatin powder
  • 1 tablespoon honey (optional)
  • Fresh mint leaves for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a saucepan, heat the pomegranate juice over medium heat until warm.
  2. Sprinkle the gelatin powder over the warm juice and stir until fully dissolved.
  3. If desired, add honey and mix well.
  4. Pour the mixture into molds and refrigerate for at least 2 hours until set.
