- 4 cups chicken or vegetable broth
- 2 cups water
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce

- 2 green onions, chopped
- 1 cup bok choy, chopped
- 1 teaspoon ginger, minced
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a large pot, combine the chicken or vegetable broth and water. Bring to a boil.
- Add the soy sauce, sesame oil, ginger, and garlic to the pot.
- Once boiling, gently add the gyoza to the pot and cook for about 5-7 minutes, or until they are cooked through.
- Add the bok choy and green onions to the pot and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste before serving.
Notes
- For a spicier version, add chili oil or fresh chili peppers.
- You can use frozen gyoza for convenience.
