Ingredients

  • 1 cup fruit juice (your choice)
  • 2 tablespoons gelatin powder
  • 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup
  • 1 ripe mango
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • 1 tablespoon coconut milk (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a saucepan, heat the fruit juice over low heat.
  2. Once warm, whisk in the gelatin powder until fully dissolved.
  3. Add honey or maple syrup and mix well.
  4. Pour the mixture into a fry-shaped mold and refrigerate until set.
  5. For the mango dipping sauce, blend the ripe mango with lime juice and coconut milk until smooth.
  6. Serve the gummy fries with the mango dipping sauce on the side.
