Ingredients

- 1 cup fruit juice (your choice)
- 2 tablespoons gelatin powder
- 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup
- 1 ripe mango
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- 1 tablespoon coconut milk (optional)
Instructions
- In a saucepan, heat the fruit juice over low heat.
- Once warm, whisk in the gelatin powder until fully dissolved.
- Add honey or maple syrup and mix well.
- Pour the mixture into a fry-shaped mold and refrigerate until set.
- For the mango dipping sauce, blend the ripe mango with lime juice and coconut milk until smooth.
- Serve the gummy fries with the mango dipping sauce on the side.
