  • 4 cups fresh peaches, sliced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Place the pie crust in a pie dish and bake according to package instructions until golden brown.
  3. In a bowl, combine sliced peaches, sugar, lemon juice, and cornstarch. Mix well and set aside.
  4. In another bowl, whip the heavy cream until soft peaks form. Gently fold in the sweetened condensed milk and vanilla extract.
  5. Spread the peach mixture evenly over the baked pie crust.
  6. Pour the cream mixture over the peaches, spreading it evenly.
