- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon ground ginger

Instructions
- In a bowl, mix honey, soy sauce, minced garlic, olive oil, ground ginger, salt, and pepper.
- Add chicken cubes to the marinade and let it sit for at least 30 minutes.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Thread the marinated chicken onto skewers.
- Grill the skewers for about 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally, until the chicken is cooked through.
