Description

Honey Garlic Meatball Sliders are a delicious and easy-to-make appetizer perfect for game nights or gatherings. These sliders feature juicy meatballs coated in a sweet and savory honey garlic sauce, served on soft slider buns.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup chopped parsley
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • Slider buns
  • Optional: sliced cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, parsley, egg, and black pepper. Mix until well combined.
  3. Form the mixture into small meatballs, about 1 inch in diameter.
  4. Place the meatballs on a baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes or until cooked through.
  5. While the meatballs are baking, prepare the honey garlic sauce by combining honey, soy sauce, and minced garlic in a small saucepan over medium heat. Stir until well mixed and heated through.
  6. Once the meatballs are done, toss them in the honey garlic sauce until fully coated.
  7. Assemble the sliders by placing a meatball on each slider bun. Add cheese if desired.
  8. Serve warm and enjoy!
