- 1 lb ground beef
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped parsley
- 1 egg
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- Slider buns
- Optional: sliced cheese
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, parsley, egg, and black pepper. Mix until well combined.
- Form the mixture into small meatballs, about 1 inch in diameter.
- Place the meatballs on a baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes or until cooked through.
- While the meatballs are baking, prepare the honey garlic sauce by combining honey, soy sauce, and minced garlic in a small saucepan over medium heat. Stir until well mixed and heated through.
- Once the meatballs are done, toss them in the honey garlic sauce until fully coated.
- Assemble the sliders by placing a meatball on each slider bun. Add cheese if desired.
- Serve warm and enjoy!
Notes
- For a spicier kick, add red pepper flakes to the honey garlic sauce.
- These sliders can be made ahead of time and reheated before serving.
