Description

Honey Sriracha Chicken Wings are a deliciously spicy and sweet appetizer perfect for any gathering.


Ingredients

  • 2 lbs chicken wings
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup Sriracha sauce
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix together honey, Sriracha, soy sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Add the chicken wings to the bowl and toss until they are well coated with the sauce.
  4. Place the wings on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 40-45 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the wings are crispy and cooked through.
  6. Remove from the oven and let them cool for a few minutes before serving.

Notes

  • For extra heat, add more Sriracha to the sauce.
  • These wings can also be grilled for a smoky flavor.
  • Serve with celery sticks and blue cheese dressing for dipping.
