Description
Hot Cocoa Bombs are delightful chocolate spheres filled with cocoa and marshmallows that melt in hot milk, creating a delicious cup of hot cocoa.
Ingredients

- 1 cup of chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup of hot cocoa mix
- 1/2 cup of mini marshmallows
- 1/4 cup of sprinkles (optional)
Instructions
- Melt the chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second intervals until smooth.
- Using a spoon, coat the inside of silicone molds with melted chocolate, ensuring an even layer.
- Chill the molds in the refrigerator for about 10 minutes until set.
- Remove the chocolate shells from the molds carefully.
- Fill half of the chocolate shells with hot cocoa mix and mini marshmallows.
- If desired, add sprinkles on top of the marshmallows.
- Heat a plate in the microwave and gently melt the edge of the empty chocolate shells, then place them on top of the filled shells to seal.
- Store the finished cocoa bombs in an airtight container until ready to use.
