Description

Hot Cocoa Bombs are delightful chocolate spheres filled with cocoa and marshmallows that melt in hot milk, creating a delicious cup of hot cocoa.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup of chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup of hot cocoa mix
  • 1/2 cup of mini marshmallows
  • 1/4 cup of sprinkles (optional)

Instructions

  1. Melt the chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second intervals until smooth.
  2. Using a spoon, coat the inside of silicone molds with melted chocolate, ensuring an even layer.
  3. Chill the molds in the refrigerator for about 10 minutes until set.
  4. Remove the chocolate shells from the molds carefully.
  5. Fill half of the chocolate shells with hot cocoa mix and mini marshmallows.
  6. If desired, add sprinkles on top of the marshmallows.
  7. Heat a plate in the microwave and gently melt the edge of the empty chocolate shells, then place them on top of the filled shells to seal.
  8. Store the finished cocoa bombs in an airtight container until ready to use.
