Hot Italian Sub Sliders are a delicious and easy-to-make appetizer that combines savory meats, melted cheese, and flavorful toppings, all served on soft slider buns.

- 12 slider buns
- 1/2 pound sliced salami
- 1/2 pound sliced pepperoni
- 1/2 pound sliced ham
- 1/2 pound provolone cheese
- 1/4 cup sliced banana peppers
- 1/4 cup sliced black olives
- 1/4 cup Italian dressing
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Slice the slider buns in half and place the bottom halves in a baking dish.
- Layer the salami, pepperoni, ham, and provolone cheese on the bottom halves of the buns.
- Add the banana peppers and black olives on top of the cheese.
- Drizzle the Italian dressing over the toppings.
- Place the top halves of the buns on the sliders.
- In a small bowl, mix the melted butter, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning.
- Brush the butter mixture over the top of the slider buns.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the buns are golden brown.
- Remove from the oven, slice into individual sliders, and serve warm.
Notes
- Feel free to customize the meats and toppings to your liking.
- These sliders can be made ahead of time and baked just before serving.
