Ingredients

  • 1 cup hot water
  • 1 cup milk (or non-dairy alternative)
  • 1 tablespoon sweetener (honey, sugar, or maple syrup)

  • 1/4 cup pumpkin puree
  • 1/2 teaspoon pumpkin spice
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream (or coconut cream for non-dairy)

Instructions

  1. Steep the chai tea bags in hot water for 5 minutes.
  2. Remove the tea bags and stir in the sweetener until dissolved.
  3. Let the tea cool to room temperature.
  4. In a separate bowl, whisk together the pumpkin puree, pumpkin spice, and heavy cream until smooth.
