Instructions
- Boil the lobster tails in salted water for about 8-10 minutes until cooked through.
- Remove the lobster meat from the shells and chop it into bite-sized pieces.
- In a skillet, melt the butter over medium heat until it turns brown and has a nutty aroma.
- Add the lobster meat to the skillet and toss to coat in the brown butter.
- Stir in the lemon juice, chives, salt, and pepper.
- Toast the split-top buns in the skillet until golden brown.
