- 1/2 cup mini marshmallows

Instructions
- In a saucepan, combine sugar, cocoa powder, milk, and butter over medium heat.
- Stir continuously until the mixture comes to a boil.
- Boil for 5 minutes without stirring.
- Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract, mini marshmallows, and chocolate chips.
- If desired, add black food coloring to achieve a coal-like appearance.
- Pour the mixture into a greased pan and let it cool completely.
- Once cooled, cut into squares and serve.
