  • 1/4 teaspoon of paprika
  • 2 tablespoons of butter

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large pot, boil the sliced potatoes until tender, about 10-15 minutes.
  3. In a separate saucepan, melt the butter and sauté the onions and garlic until translucent.
  4. Add the heavy cream, cheddar cheese, Parmesan cheese, salt, pepper, and paprika to the saucepan, stirring until the cheese is melted and the mixture is smooth.
  5. Drain the potatoes and layer them in a greased baking dish.
  6. Pour the cheese sauce over the potatoes, ensuring they are well coated.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the top is golden and bubbly.
