- 2 pounds of crab legs
- 1/2 cup of unsalted butter
- 4 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon of lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon of Old Bay seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a small saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat.
- Add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1-2 minutes.
- Stir in the lemon juice and Old Bay seasoning, then remove from heat.
- Place the crab legs in a baking dish and pour the garlic butter mixture over them.
- Cover the dish with aluminum foil and bake for 15-20 minutes.
- Remove the foil and bake for an additional 5 minutes to allow the crab legs to brown slightly.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
