- 2 cups fresh corn kernels
- 1 cup milk
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- 3 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the corn, milk, sugar, melted butter, eggs, vanilla extract, salt, and black pepper.
- Mix well until all ingredients are combined.
- Gradually add the flour and stir until smooth.
- Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish.
- Bake for 45-50 minutes or until the top is golden brown and a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let it cool slightly before serving.
Notes
- For a richer flavor, use cream instead of milk.
