Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Using kitchen scissors, cut the top shell of the lobster tails down the center.
  3. Gently pull the meat out and lay it on top of the shell.
  4. In a bowl, mix melted butter, garlic, lemon juice, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  5. Brush the butter mixture generously over the lobster meat.
  6. Place the lobster tails on a baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the meat is opaque and cooked through.
