Description

A deliciously creamy and savory dip made in a crockpot, perfect for parties and gatherings.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup shredded Swiss cheese
  • 1 cup corned beef, chopped
  • 1 cup sauerkraut, drained
  • 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the cream cheese and sour cream until smooth.
  2. Add the shredded Swiss cheese, chopped corned beef, drained sauerkraut, green onions, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
  3. Transfer the mixture to a crockpot and spread it evenly.
  4. Cover and cook on low for 2-3 hours, stirring occasionally, until the dip is hot and bubbly.
