A deliciously creamy and easy-to-make no bake pecan pie dip that captures the flavors of traditional pecan pie without the hassle of baking.

- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 cup whipped topping
- 1 cup pecans, chopped
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup caramel sauce
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth.
- Add the powdered sugar and vanilla extract, and mix until well combined.
- Fold in the whipped topping gently until fully incorporated.
- Stir in the chopped pecans and half of the caramel sauce.
- Transfer the mixture to a serving dish and drizzle the remaining caramel sauce on top.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
- Serve with graham crackers, apple slices, or pretzels.
Notes
- For a richer flavor, toast the pecans before adding them to the dip.
- This dip can be made a day in advance and stored in the refrigerator.
- Adjust the sweetness by adding more or less powdered sugar according to your taste.
