Ingredients
Scale
- 1 package of frozen ravioli (about 25–30 pieces)
- 1 cup of breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup of grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup of flour
- Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
- Cook the frozen ravioli according to package instructions and let them cool.
- Set up a breading station with three bowls: one with flour, one with beaten eggs, and one with a mixture of breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, salt, and pepper.
- Dredge each ravioli in flour, dip in the egg, and then coat with the breadcrumb mixture.
- Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
- Fry the breaded ravioli in batches until golden brown and crispy, about 2-3 minutes per side.
- Remove from oil and place on paper towels to drain excess oil.
- Serve warm with marinara sauce for dipping.
Notes
- For a healthier option, you can bake the ravioli instead of frying them.
- Feel free to add spices to the breadcrumb mixture for extra flavor.
- These can be made ahead of time and frozen before frying.
