  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup melted butter

  • 1/2 cup chopped green onions (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the Jiffy Cornbread Mix, creamed corn, sour cream, and melted butter.
  3. Stir in the shredded cheese and green onions if using.
  4. Pour the mixture into a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
