  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour (for crumble)
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup oats
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine sliced peaches, granulated sugar, 1/4 cup flour, cinnamon, and lemon juice. Mix well.
  3. Pour the peach mixture into a pie crust.
  4. In another bowl, mix together the crumble ingredients: softened butter, 1 cup flour, brown sugar, oats, and salt until crumbly.
  5. Sprinkle the crumble topping over the peach filling.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 45-50 minutes or until the topping is golden brown and the peaches are bubbly.
  7. Let cool before serving.

  • For best results, use ripe but firm peaches.
