Instructions
- In a small saucepan, bring the water to a boil.
- Add the dried lavender flowers and let steep for about 10 minutes.
- Strain the lavender-infused water into a bowl, discarding the flowers.
- Add the lemon juice, honey (or agave syrup), and lemon zest to the bowl, mixing well.
- Sprinkle the gelatin over the mixture and stir until fully dissolved.
- Pour the mixture into gummy molds and refrigerate for at least 2 hours until set.
- Once set, remove the gummies from the molds and store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
Notes
- Adjust the sweetness by adding more or less honey/agave syrup according to your taste.
- For a stronger lavender flavor, increase the amount of dried lavender flowers.
