- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup diced onions
- 1/4 cup pickles, chopped
- 1/4 cup ketchup
- 1/4 cup mustard
- 12 slider buns
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
- Add diced onions, salt, and pepper to the beef and cook until onions are soft.
- Stir in ketchup, mustard, and pickles.
- Place the bottom half of the slider buns in a baking dish.
- Spoon the beef mixture evenly over the buns.
- Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese on top of the beef.
- Place the top half of the slider buns over the cheese.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 10-15 minutes, until the cheese is melted and the buns are golden.
- Serve warm and enjoy!
