Ingredients

  • 1 cup popcorn kernels
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup green candy melts
  • 1/2 cup mini marshmallows
  • 1/2 cup rainbow sprinkles
  • 1/4 cup chopped nuts (optional)
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Pop the popcorn kernels using an air popper or stovetop method.
  2. In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the white chocolate chips in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth.
  3. Drizzle the melted white chocolate over the popped popcorn and toss to coat evenly.
  4. In another bowl, melt the green candy melts in the same manner and drizzle over the popcorn.
  5. Add mini marshmallows, rainbow sprinkles, and chopped nuts to the popcorn mixture and gently mix.
  6. Spread the popcorn mixture onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and let it cool.
  7. Once cooled, break into pieces and serve in festive bowls.
