Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 6 slices of bacon
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup diced onion
  • 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a skillet, cook the bacon until crispy, then remove and crumble.
  3. In the same skillet, brown the ground beef with diced onion until fully cooked.
  4. In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs, heavy cream, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  5. Add the cooked beef, crumbled bacon, diced tomatoes, and half of the cheddar cheese to the egg mixture and stir to combine.
  6. Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish and top with the remaining cheddar cheese.
  7. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the casserole is set and the cheese is bubbly.
  8. Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
