A delicious twist on traditional meatloaf, combining the comfort of mac and cheese with savory meat.

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 cup macaroni
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cook macaroni according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
  3. In a large bowl, combine ground beef, cooked macaroni, 1 cup of cheddar cheese, breadcrumbs, milk, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  4. Mix until well combined and transfer to a greased casserole dish.
  5. Top with remaining cheddar cheese.
  6. Bake for 45 minutes or until the meat is cooked through and the cheese is bubbly.
  7. Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
