- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 cup macaroni
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cook macaroni according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
- In a large bowl, combine ground beef, cooked macaroni, 1 cup of cheddar cheese, breadcrumbs, milk, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Mix until well combined and transfer to a greased casserole dish.
