A deliciously unique dessert that combines the flavors of matcha and white chocolate in a chewy mochi cake.

  • 1 cup sweet rice flour (mochi flour)
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup matcha powder
  • 1/2 cup white chocolate chips
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a baking dish.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine sweet rice flour, sugar, matcha powder, baking powder, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together milk and eggs until well combined.
  4. Gradually add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients, mixing until smooth.
  5. Fold in the white chocolate chips.
  6. Pour the batter into the prepared baking dish and spread evenly.
  7. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
  8. Let it cool before slicing and serving.
