- 1 cup matzo meal
- 2 large eggs

- 1 teaspoon onion powder

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 200°F (95°C) to keep the chicken warm.
- Set up a breading station with three shallow dishes: one with flour, one with beaten eggs, and one with matzo meal mixed with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Coat each chicken breast in flour, then dip in the egg, and finally coat with the matzo meal mixture.
- Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Fry the chicken cutlets for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until golden brown and cooked through.
- Transfer the cooked cutlets to a baking sheet and keep warm in the oven while frying the remaining chicken.
- Serve warm with your favorite dipping sauce.
