Description

Ingredients

  • 1 can chickpeas, drained and rinsed
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 cucumber, diced
  • 1/4 red onion, finely chopped

  • 1/4 cup feta cheese, crumbled

  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice

Instructions
