- 1 cup pizza sauce
- 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup sliced pepperoni
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Olive oil for brushing
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface and cut it into small squares.
- Place a small spoonful of pizza sauce on each square.
- Add mozzarella cheese and your choice of toppings.
- Fold the corners of the dough over the filling to create a pocket.
- Brush the tops with olive oil and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and Italian seasoning.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.
- Let cool slightly before serving.
