Ingredients

  • 1 package of refrigerated pizza dough
  • 1 cup pizza sauce
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup sliced pepperoni
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Olive oil for brushing

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface and cut it into small squares.
  3. Place a small spoonful of pizza sauce on each square.
  4. Add mozzarella cheese and your choice of toppings.
  5. Fold the corners of the dough over the filling to create a pocket.
